OUR APPROACH
Values with Vision™ integrates talent optimization science with leadership alignment to ensure values are not only aspirational but also actionable and observable.

Step 1: Discover – Clarify your Vivid Vision — the detailed, future-state description of your
organization’s success.
Step 2: Define – Identify the minimally required behaviors that represent what “great” looks like
across all levels of the organization, to include leaders.
Step 3: Distill – Translate those behaviors into 4–6 core values with clear, behavior-based
descriptors that can be observed by anyone at any level.
Step 4: Values Activation – Integrate the values into hiring, feedback, rewards, coaching, and
performance management systems so they drive consistency and culture.

- Facilitated Values Discovery Workshop (includes PI Design Team Session to establish Strategy Alignment)
- Vivid Vision Alignment Map (7–10 year horizon): Using the nominal group technique to prioritize the values that will create the greatest leverage
- Behavioral Values Framework linking values to observable actions for team members and team leaders
- Activation Playbook to embed values in daily practice using five, data-based
performance management strategies to include 1:1 coaching, group huddles, bright spot recognition, self-reflection, and observation checklists
