Do I need access to all PI modules?
The workshop is divided into two parts:

Part 1: Focuses on the fundamentals of the Predictive Index (PI) and behavioral science. While the Inspire and Design modules enhance learning, access to these modules is not required.

Part 2: Centers on the Hire module. Even if your focus isn’t on hiring or you don't have access to this module, you will still gain valuable insights.
The PI Perform and Diagnose modules are briefly introduced. These are more advanced topics, so we recommend attending the full PI certification to explore them in depth.

Is this an official PI Workshop?
No, this is an independent workshop created by Talent Optimizers. We developed it in response to client feedback requesting a lighter, more experiential workshop that can be run internally.

The PI Basics workshop differs in several key ways:
