The workshop is designed to be completed in one day. However, it can be customized to fit your needs. Depending on your software package and time constraints, certain topics and breakouts can be shortened or omitted. Additionally, we offer optional exercises and breakout sessions that can extend the workshop if desired.

This workshop is ideal for anyone new to the Predictive Index. It offers a solid foundation and focuses on getting participants up and running with the software quickly, maximizing value from the start.

The workshop is divided into two parts:

• Part 1: Focuses on the fundamentals of the Predictive Index (PI) and behavioral science. While the Inspire and Design modules enhance learning, access to these modules is not required.

• Part 2: Centers on the Hire module. Even if your focus isn’t on hiring or you don't have access to this module, you will still gain valuable insights.

The PI Perform and Diagnose modules are briefly introduced. These are more advanced topics, so we recommend attending the full PI certification to explore them in depth.

• Content Usage: Unlike official PI materials, which cannot be used for internal training, all PI Basics content is available for unlimited internal use.

• Certification Credits: HR professionals can earn SHRM and HRCI credits through official PI certification courses, which are not available with the PI Basics workshop.
