Introduction

Wall Street Bound, Inc. (WSB) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to finance education, training, and mentoring. Recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)3, WSB's core mission is to increase diversity on Wall Street and promote financial services career opportunities among urban and minority youth.

Background

WSB was founded in the summer of 2019, launching its inaugural 'Introduction to Wall Street' Bootcamp, a comprehensive program spanning 20-25 hours. Since then, WSB has expanded its offerings to include the intensive Summer internship interview prep and training program, Wall Street Direct, which comprises over 100 hours of training. Additionally, WSB recently introduced a program aimed at recruiting and training urban youth to become professional proprietary traders, with the potential to manage up to $250k of live trading capital over the course of a one-year program.

WSB sources talent from its network of college and university partners, as well as through social media channels. The organization is partially supported by fees received from corporate partners for delivering its training programs.
