These newsletters will provide essential PI updates, resources, industry news, and tips to leverage your Predictive Index subscription. 

To help support our clients further, we’re excited to announce we’ve launched a new Talent Optimizers website.  We needed a platform that could provide direct-facing educational support to our clients, including video content, training resources and client success support on the back end.  

We’ve also launched some additional strategic partners to complement The Predictive Index. This includes:

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We received great feedback from our Predictive Index focussed webinars and plan to announce eight new webinars. We only invited Account Owners and Account Admins to these webinars but have been asked to include Read-Only and Power Users in these communications.  (Understanding User Roles) 

These webinars are designed to support our Predictive Index users to gain as much value as possible from the software subscription. We will cover software tutorials, education on the science behind PI, management training, and more.  All sessions are free for Talent Optimizers clients.  

We plan to send out a monthly newsletter inviting all registered Predictive Index users to the webinars and in addition, useful user-level information on The Predictive Index.  

Please let us know if you do not want us to include all registered Predictive Index users within your company in these communications.

A closer look at The Predictive Index (PI) 4 Primary Factors. $3,000 (FREE for Talent Optimizers clients)

This session focuses on the 4 Primary Factors Dominance, Extraversion, Patience, and Formality.  We’re going to dig a lot deeper into each factor and introduce some great exercises to help you and your teams understand and apply in order to enjoy better leaders and teams.

The Predictive Index Virtual Drive Results with Talent Workshop - $2,100

This would provide a much deeper understanding of the behavioral profiles. Although the platform is intuitive, this course will help understand the deeper nuisances of behavior profiles. This can help with strategic hiring, coaching, conflict resolution, career development, and more. (This is a certification course and is eligible for HRCI and SHRM Credits)
