How to run a Team Cohesion session with PI -  $3,000 (FREE for Talent Optimizers clients)

Whether for a one-hour lunch and learn or a full-day company offsite team cohesion session, we’ll run through how you can use the PI tools to support your teams in working better together. We will also provide FREE resources, including slides and action plans. We will cover the below topics.

• Utilizing behavioral strengths to improve engagement and retention
• Reduce the impact of behavioral caution areas 
• Turning friction into complementary strengths.

Predictive Index Drive Results with Talent Workshop - $2,100

This would provide a much deeper understanding of the behavioral profiles. Although the platform is intuitive, this course will help understand the deeper nuisances of behavior profiles. This can help with strategic hiring, coaching, conflict resolution, career development, and more. (This is a certification course and is eligible for HRCI and SHRM Credits)

New Design 1.0 functionality: users and power users can share teams

PI has now released an update that allows Users and Power Users to share teams. As before, the team creator is the only person who can grant edit access to a team. The new functionality will allow Users and Power Users to share a team if the team owner has given them edit access.
