We have lots of exciting news to share this month, so let's get straight to it.  

We're excited to announce that Diane Tucceri has joined the Talent Optimizers team to build our client success program and as a Predictive index / Five-behavior trainer. With 36 years of dedicated service in education, Diane brings a wealth of experience as a versatile educational consultant, adept at driving student and client success through innovative strategies and leadership.

Diane will contact many of you over the coming months to introduce herself and offer continued support with your Predictive Index platform and talent optimization questions.  

The other HUGE news is that The Predictive Index has acquired Charma. Charma is a Performance Management Solution and will fully integrate into the PI platform. This is a total game-changer for all our PI clients.  Further details are below.

This one-hour session will cover a basic Introduction to Behavioural Science, The Predictive Index tools, and how to use them.   Please use this email template to invite your employees and new hires to the webinar.  Please find the date of our next session and a registration link below.

Predictive Index Drive Results with Talent Workshop - $2,100 per person

This would provide a much deeper understanding of the behavioral profiles. Although the platform is intuitive, this course will help understand the deeper nuisances of behavior profiles. This can help with strategic hiring, coaching, conflict resolution, career development, and more. (This is a certification course and is eligible for HRCI and SHRM Credits)

The Predictive Index acquires Charma 

Charma is a Performance Management Solution and will be added as a five-module alongside Hire, Design, Inspire, and Diagnose.  Charma will be re-branded and will support organizations in keeping management tools in one place.
