Welcome to the first Talent Optimizers client newsletter

Talent Optimizers' core mission aligns with the Predictive Index’s Better Work, Better World. To help fulfill this mission, our number 1 priority is to provide the best possible support for our clients. To enable this, we will send account owners and key users a periodic newsletter to help you get as much value out of your PI subscription as possible. These newsletters will provide essential PI updates, resources, industry news, and tips to leverage your subscription. 

In addition to providing the full range of Predictive Index workshops and consulting, we’re developing a range of other support services which will be complementary to our client’s subscription. This will include client-only webinars focused on product knowledge, workshop resources, and how-to guides. More to follow in our next update.

How to run a Team Cohesion session with PI -  $3,000 (FREE for Talent Optimizers clients)

Whether for a one-hour lunch and learn or a full-day company offsite team cohesion session, we’ll run through how you can use the PI tools to support your teams in working better together. We will also provide FREE resources, including slides and action plans. We will cover the below topics.

• Utilizing behavioral strengths to improve engagement and retention
• Reduce the impact of behavioral caution areas 
• Turning friction into complementary strengths.

Predictive Index  Drive Results with Talent Workshop - $2,100

This would provide a much deeper understanding of the behavioral profiles. Although the platform is intuitive, this course will help understand the deeper nuisances of behavior profiles. This can help with strategic hiring, coaching, conflict resolution, career development, and more. (This is a certification course and is eligible for HRCI and SHRM Credits)
