PI has launched a blog post detailing how the way we perceive situations can lead to a bias that ultimately leads to issues. Through this, they explain the different kinds of biases to help readers stay aware of the impact they can have on their own perception.

Captains thrive when presented with diverse challenges that allow them to showcase their expertise, and they value acknowledgment and incentives for their contributions.
