Managing Captains Captains value autonomy and excel when they have the freedom to pursue their own ideas and take initiative.   Maximizing Operator Potential To maximize a Captain’s effectiveness, provide them with the flexibility to step away from mundane tasks and everyday minutiae, freeing them up to concentrate on strategic priorities. Captains thrive when presented with diverse challenges that allow them to showcase their expertise, and they value acknowledgment and incentives for their contributions.

 

Captains in a Team

When a team includes multiple Captains or others with similar traits from the Innovation & Agility quadrant, it is considered a Pathfinding Team. Pathfinding Teams are fast-paced, goal-oriented, and competitive.
